Pathway to Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM)
Our course is aligned with the standards of the Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC), which oversees the accreditation of Court-Annexed Mediators in Kenya. Upon successful training:
You can conduct private mediation whose outcomes may be adopted by the courts
You become eligible to handle Court-Annexed Mediation matters
You may be paid by the Judiciary for cases mediated
You can participate in Judiciary-led mediation trainings and workshops
